#45 Thirsty Thursday

Welcome. It's more than 25 months since my last alcoholic beverage. I'm still amazed with that information. The days go by and I don't worry that I'm going to accidentally throw a drink down my throat.

I haven't, as yet, been going to the bar or really hanging out with anyone who drinks. I don't think I'd like it much. Although, there is this one guy who comes over quite often to sell me perishable goods, I know that he does this to raise money for drinks. Live and let live.

Life is every day a new adventure, some funner than others and sometimes downright boring, but it's all there for me to live it. A few years ago, I gave little to no thought about the future. I didn't think I was going to be there. These days I do plan things out and try to get some fun out of it.

I'm given yet another chance and I've already done more than I ever wanted.

Life is good sometimes.
