New Lesson
Apparently, we give the moments of our lives the meanings which they hold. I have been working on thought-choosing for several months. Now, I want to work on assigning positive meaning to the various scenes which take place in my life. For example, I often allow a negative event take precedence over the seemingly unimportant terrific everyday occurrences which are not bad. So, instead of letting a negative event get me, I'll simply create a positive event to soften the blow. Besides that, maybe I can simply determine the night before to be happy from the get-go in the morning. Sometimes I am happy. Always, I am sober.
