Lisa L'Heureux is an Indigenous Cree Woman. Her home province is Saskatchewan, Canada. After being adopted into a Caucasian family at a young age, Lisa spent twelve more years in Saskatchewan, before moving out to Alberta, Canada. Lisa has lived in various towns and cities in Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Alberta. In 2010 she returned to live and work in Alberta.

Lisa's Sober Blog was founded in February 2013 after Lisa's lengthy drinking career. The blog was meant to serve as proof of one woman's ability to start over again in spite of fear and addiction.

Lisa's Sober Blog Book 1 was released in November of 2014. Book 2 was released in January of 2016. Book 3 was released in early summer 2016. The Compilation is now available since August 2016.

Lisa L'Heureux cares about Freedom from Addictions, Ending Homelessness, Stopping Violence Against Indigenous Women, Alleviation of Poverty and the Environment.
